SJPH: Public vaccination programmes for adults

The Scandinavian board of the Scandinavian Journal of Public Health invites you to an interesting and up-to-date digital lunch seminar:

"Programmes for vaccination of children have proved to be successful worldwide. Currently there is a vivid debate on the potentials of introducing public programmes for vaccination also for adults, and then not least the elderly part of the population. Examples on vaccines suggested are annual influenza- and covid-immunisation, against pneumococcal infection, herpes zoster and RS-virus infection.

This webinar will present the core elements of the ongoing discussions in the Nordic countries. There will be a short introduction (15 min.) on the possibilities suggested based on scientific evidence and public demands, followed by comments from the Nordic countries (10 min each). Thereafter it will be opened for comments from the audience".
